Entry criteria

  1. Must have New Zealand or Australian residence/or citizenship
  2. Meet the NCEA Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy standards.
    • If English isn’t your first language, provide proof of proficiency.
    • All applicants must have a level of English sufficient to be able to study at this level.
  3. Applications will be reviewed by Mission Ready to ensure applicants have the foundation skills required for success.
  4. Unsuccessful applicants will be referred to an appropriate alternative course and invited to apply again once they have completed that course.
  5. Please note the entry requirement is important as learners need to have certain skills / knowledge before they can specialise in a specific area.

  • Applicants must have the legal right to work and study in Australia (open to Australian residents and citizens);

    • Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) Level 3 or Year 10 Literacy and numeracy outcomes equivalent
    • or the Certificate in Tech Career Exploration & Development (Level 3) Micro-credential, 
    • or provide evidence of an equivalent or higher qualification and/or experience.
